Bank of Abyssinia Introducing Virtual Banking Center Using ITM Bank of Abyssinia started a new service called Virtual Banking Center and becomes the first bank to start using Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) to give its customers 24/7 access for most of the banking service. According to the bank, the new service will enable its customers to access most of the services virtually 24×7 without the need to go to branch offices.
አቢሲኒያ ባንክ በኢትዮጵያ የመጀመሪያ የሆነውን የቨርቱዋል ባንኪንግ ሴንተር አስመርቆ ስራ ጀምሯል። አይቲኤም የተባለውን መሳሪያ በመጠቀም ያስተዋውቀው ይኽ ማዕከል፣ የባንክ አሠራርን ወደ ላቀ ደረጃ የሚያሸጋግር ለተጠቃሚዎችም አዲስ የባንክ ተሞክሮን (Customer Experience) ያስተዋውቃል ተብሏል፡፡ ማዕከሉ ለሀገራችን አዲስ በሆነና #Interactive_Teller_Machine (ITM) በተባለ ቴክኖሎጂ፤ አንድ የባንክ ቅርንጫፍ የሚሰጣቸውን በርካታ አገልግሎቶች ከባንኩ የደንበኞች ግንኙነት ማዕከል ጋር ሆኖ ተጠቃሚዎች በጊዜ ሳይገደቡ ከእሑድ እስከ እሑድ በቀን ለ24 ሰዓታት ልዩ አገልግሎት የሚያገኙበት ነው፡፡
